NAVIGATION & BRANDING

Tenant Resource Center

Believing in the Tenant Resource Center’s mission of housing justice for all, we asked this local organization if they’d be interested in being our next pro bono client. We started by redesigning the site’s navigation to better enable users to find the information they need. In addition, we designed a new brand identity that better reflects the important work of the TRC. The vibrant color palette is welcoming and exudes positivity. And the clean iconography featuring the different buildings represents the diverse communities they serve in rural and urban Dane County. If you’re not already familiar with this organization, check them out and consider supporting their vital mission.

Working with Functionaire was an absolute game changer for TRC. From the very start, their team approached the project with care, intention, and incredible attention to detail. They took the time to truly understand our background, the people we serve, our goals, and our vision for the future. Our logo captures everything we hoped for and has helped us build a brand our community recognizes and trusts. When they worked on our website, they paid close attention to what mattered most, including our most visited pages, which housing issues are most common, and what our goals are for the future. Functionaire’s passion and dedication—not only to their clients but to the communities they serve—are unmatched. Their work far exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful to have worked with them.
